Before the start of the project our Program Managers will sit with the customer to define the project definition, specifications and timelines. Periodic review will happen between the Customer nominated project manager and our Program Manager. |
Combo Development Model |
This is distributed between onsite and offshore facilities. our onsite teams coordinates with customer for project definition and coordination and the offshore team act as an extension of onsite team. The customer provides development environment and the offshore team access via Remote access Network. |
